Clear Brook HS Band & Color Guard
Scholarship Application
2014-2015
This scholarship, awarded by the Clear Brook Band Booster Club, will be determined
through an evaluation of individual merit, musical achievements, and dedication of
service to the Clear Brook HS band program.
SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

Only senior students currently enrolled at Clear Brook HS and currently
registered in a band or color guard class may apply.

You must have been in band or color guard for at least three of your four
years in high school.

Your parents must be a current member of the Clear Brook Band Booster
Club.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Complete pages 2-7 and attach your completed essay to this application.

Place your application in to the CBBBC mailbox located in the band hall by
3:00pm on Friday, April 17, 2015.
The scholarship committee will not accept any late applications. If you have any

Please do not direct your questions to the band directors.
SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS:
The CBBBC’s Scholarship Committee will review and evaluate all submitted
applications. Winners will be announced at the annual Spring Concert on Monday,
May 18, 2015.
