Screen Printing
Designed for students
wishing to explore the
screen printing
application. The student
will print on various
substrates using stencils
that have been
photographically
generated. Computers
will be used to
reproduce images for
positive reproduction
using the process
camera. Multi-color
screen printing on "t"
shirts will be the
emphasis of the class.
Students will also
assemble a design of
text and graphic to be
embroidered on apparel.
3 lecture hours per
week.
For students interesting in the printing industry. Includes printing on various
substrates using photographically generated stencils, reproducing images with
computers for positive reproduction using the process camera, multi-color screen
printing on fabric, and assembling a design of text and graphic to be embroidered
on apparel.
