Ringer activity book p. 2. Write on board before class and have students work on it before the bell rings. They will
then be given 3 minutes to complete.
Objective:
Students will use research skills to help them complete their science project about Crazy Crystal Creations. They
will use correct writing conventions, grammar, spelling when creating their flipchart.
NM State Standards and Benchmarks:
8 Benchmark I-B: Gather and use information for research and other purposes
8 1. Use information for specific tasks by:
a. analyzing and evaluating information to extend ideas;
b. analyzing and evaluating themes and central ideas in relation to personal and societal issues; and
