Protein Bars:
1 cup Organic Peanut Butter
3/4 cup Honey or Agave Nectar
1/2 cup Arbonne Vanilla Protein
1/2 cup Arbonne Chocolate Protein
1-1/2 cups rolled oats
Place peanut butter and honey/agave
nectar in a microwaveable bowl and heat
for 90 seconds. Mix well. Stir in protein
powder until smooth. Gently fold in
oatmeal. Spread in an 8" x 8" pan. Press
with a piece of wax paper to level and
smooth. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Cut into squares.
Protein Shakes:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Strawberry Banana:
1 cup milk (or almond milk)
2 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Protein
1 scoop Arbonne Fiber Boost (optional)
1 banana (can be frozen for a thicker
shake)
4-5 frozen strawberries
Chocolate Peanut-butter Banana:
1 cup milk (or almond milk)
2 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Protein
1 scoop Arbonne Fiber Boost (optional)
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 frozen banana*
2 tbsp. peanut butter
* If banana is not frozen, add 3-4 ice
cubes in addition to fresh banana.
Mango Lassi
½ cup milk (or almond milk)
½ cup plain (or vanilla) Greek yogurt
2 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Protein
1 scoop Arbonne Fiber Boost (optional)
1 fresh mango, peeled and pit removed
2 tbsp. agave nectar (or honey)
Dash cardamom (optional)
3-4 ice cubes
*Frozen mango may be substituted for
fresh; if so, do not use ice cubes.
Pumpkin Pie:
1 cup milk (or almond milk)
1/2 can puréed pumpkin
2 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Protein
1 scoop Arbonne Fiber Boost (optional)
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. agave nectar
3-4 ice cubes
