Appendix 5
Final report with deviation resolution and project evaluation
This appendix shall be used when ending a project.
The purpose is to measure and evaluate whether the developed education has fulfilled the customer’s
expectations with regard to purpose (measurable goals) and goals.
Another purpose is to summarize how the project was completed and whether deviations from original
activity/project planning exist with regard to duration, quality, and resource requirement, as well as the
cause of any deviations and how these can be prevented in future development projects. The final report
shall also include a report on deviation from calculated budget, the causes and how these causes can be
avoided in future development projects.
The final report shall be compiled by the project manager, but is completed by all the project participants,
who have provided input for the evaluation, and by using evaluation surveys submitted by participants of
the course upon completion of the education. The final report is delivered by the project manager to the
customer. When this has been done, TG 5 has been achieved and the project is closed.
