Telephone/fax numbers. E-mail address. Keywords: (maximum 6 keywords) ABSTRACT Please use Times Roman as your font, 12-point font size. The title should be presented in 14point. The title and author list should be presented centrally, while the lines of the paragraphs should be justified and double-spaced. A contact e-mail address of the corresponding author should be provided. The abstract should not exceed 500 words. The abstract should explain clearly the content and relevance of the paper. 1 SUBMISSION Submission should contain the manuscript and cover letter. Editable files (e.g. MSWord) are required to typeset a manuscript for final publication. Authors are fully responsible for the content/originality of the manuscript and for the English language quality of the text. Therefore we suggest that, before sending in your manuscript, the complete text of the manuscript be checked or proof-read by an English language expert. 1 Authors should submit their manuscripts together with the cover letter electronically to submission@iamuaga2015.com. All correspondence, including notification on the submission decision and request for revision, is sent by e-mail. 2 MANUSCRIPT TEXT FORMATTING The manuscript must contain the essential elements: Title Author names and affiliations Corresponding author (affiliation, e-mail address, and telephone/fax numbers and complete postal address) Abstract (maximum 500 words) Keywords (maximum 6 keywords) Main text with section titles and subheadings (A4 page size, margins of 2.54 cm, Times Roman 12 point font, text fully justified, double line spacing) Conclusion Acknowledgements (acknowledgements should be collected in a separate section at the end of the manuscript before the references) Reference list [1] Manuscripts should be written in good English using either UK or US spelling. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of content. The length of the manuscript is limited to ten pages including illustrations and tables. 2.1 ILLUSTRATIONS 2 As the Conference proceedings will be printed in black and white, it is the author's responsibility to ensure that all colored illustrations (figures, photographs, graphs, images) are readable when translated to black and white in the printed proceedings. Illustrations should contain only English labels and be prepared in the final published size, not oversized or undersized. Illustrations can be placed either next to the relevant text in the manuscript, or on separate page(s) at the end. Each illustration should have a caption. 2.2 TABLES Tables should be submitted as editable text and not as images. Tables can be placed either next to the relevant text in the manuscript, or on separate page(s) at the end. Tables should be numbered consecutively in accordance with their appearance in the text. Each table should have a caption. 2.3 MATH FORMULAE Equations should be prepared using the equation editor in MSWord. Any equations that have to be displayed separately from the text should be numbered consecutively. 2.4 REFERENCES All references mentioned in the Reference list should be cited in the text, and vice versa. References can be in any style or format as long as the style is consistent. However, references should contain: author(s) name(s), journal title/book title, chapter title/article title, year of publication, volume number/book chapter and the pagination must be present. 3 COVER LETTER 3 A cover letter stating explicitly that the manuscript is being submitted for publication in the Conference Proceedings must accompany the manuscript. In addition, the corresponding author should state if the manuscript is to be formally refereed. Authors are invited to submit any questions at submission@iamuaga2015.com.
