SPEECH WAS SHOT POINT BLANK IN THE CHEST.
A.) BULLET WAS SLOWED BY GLASS CASE AND HIS SPEECH. HE
REFUSED TREATMENT WITH BULLET IN HIM AND SPOKE
FOR AN HOUR BEFORE GOING TO HOSIPTAL.
