Building Permit Miscellaneous Fees
At time of submittal, a 15% non-refundable deposit is required.
Effective July 6, 2009 - Building Permit Fees Only. Additional fees may apply.
Effective October 1, 2010 a 3% surcharge fee will be added to all permits associated with the
enforcement of the Florida Building Code.

A 3% surcharge fee will be applied to all New Construction/Additions/Remodels and any
other additional permits that require signed and sealed plans. Surcharge fee is passed
