Thomas and Jaquish) 4:30 pm Closure Investigators’ Overall Guidelines: PLEASE READ 2 Given the very intensive schedule, to assure reasonable probability of finishing on time, we should adhere to the following: • OSMB presentations must be sent to the secure Share File drop box by Wednesday evening, November 5, 2013 so they can be preloaded- instructions will be provided, • Each group has only one presenter,; others investigators may comment on slides from their seats • No breaks are designated in the schedule,; midmorning and midafternoon, snacks and beverages will be replenished, and each person may take breaks as per your own need, noting of course that large numbers of people should not be absent at the same time. • Presentations will be times with a “mild” audio signal when there are 3 minutes remaining. • Dr. Shuldiner will Chair the OSMB portions of the meeting. • Each project report will have had at least one assigned reviewer, so that greater attention will be given to each project . If problems or serious concerns are noted, you may be contacted before the meeting by the Executive Secretary, Jr. John Thomas, and be asked to address those issues in our presentation. • By this time, your overall aims are known by the OSMB and one another, so using the time as an update and to present any novel findings, problems, or new methods would be a valuable way to use your presentation time.
