Presents gross and sectional anatomy of the organs and structures of the head and neck and the thoracic,
abdominal and pelvic cavities. Co-requisites: BSC1095L
*SON2171 Vascular Sonography (4 cr.) “O”
This course introduces students to Doppler scanning of vascular systems including
cerebrovascular and peripheral systems. Students are introduced to vascular anatomy, vascular
physics and instrumentation, pathological patterns, and hemodynamics throughout the course.
