Terms and conditions of photo competition « Viva Espana”
Article 1 – Organization
Limoges International Airport, located at 81, Avenue de l’aéroport, Limoges, organizes a
photo competition on its Facebook page “Limoges International Airport” from the 6th of
February to the 15th of March. This contest is free, with no obligation to purchase.
Article 2 – Participation
The competition is open to adults only. They must have an internet connection and a valid
email address.
There will be only one prize per entrant.
Members of Limoges International Airport are not allowed to participate (as well as members
of others organizing entities).
The participation is strictly nominative and the participant cannot take part in the contest
under several pseudonyms, nor can he play for another participant. One single photo per
participant will be allowed over the entire duration of the competition.
A photo which will be perceived as out of subject, incorrect or shocking by the organizer will
not be published.
Article 3-Modalities
The participation in this competition is simple:
Between the 6th of February and the 27th of February at 12am, the participant will have to
send his/her best photo about Spain to this email address :
cellule.commerciale@limoges.cci.fr. It is obligatory to send the entire details of the author
(name, surname, telephone number, email address) along with the picture, otherwise it will
not be selected.
From the 27th of February afternoon to the 13th of March at 12am, the participants photos will
be available to watch in the photo album “Concours photos Espagne” on the Facebook page
of Limoges International Airport (facebook.com/Aeroport-International-de-Limoges) and will
be submitted to the “Like” votes of the visitors.
On the 13th of March afternoon, the photos will be ranked in descending order depending on
the “Like” votes in order to establish the winners’ list.
In case of a tie, a jury made of 4 members of Limoges International Airport’s staff will give
an extra vote to the photo of its choice, and will decide between possible ex-aequo.
Article 4 – Prizes
There will be several prizes in this competition:
-1st prize: 1 journey for 2 persons in Barcelona (including direct outward flights on Friday and
direct return flights on Monday, departure from Limoges + accommodation in a double-room
during 4 days and 3 nights + a sum of 900 Euros to use between the 24th of April and the 18th
of September 2015. The booking request will have to be done before the 30th of April 2015.)
-2nd prize : a 60 euro meal for two persons at restaurant Les Hélices, located at Limoges
International Airport (drinks excluded, and valid until the 31st of May 2015)
-3rd to 6th prizes : free car park tickets (within a limit of 7 days), valued 35 Euros
-7th to 10th prizes : a tee-shirt in the colors of the airport
These prizes are offered by Limoges International Airport, Chalair airlines, and restaurant Les
Hélices.
The prizes won cannot be exchanged for their value in money.
Article 5 – Prizes allocation
The prizes’ allocation will be on the 27th of March 2015 at the latest.
The winners will receive an email or a phone call informing them of the prize they have won
and the deadline to collect it at Limoges International Airport.
Article 6 – Data and freedom
Limoges International Airport commits itself to collect the participants’ nominative data with
due regard to the data protection act, for the only purpose of organizing the competition and
proposing offers and special offers from Limoges International Airport.
Limoges International Airport can issue the winner’s name and photograph for advertising,
promotional or informative purposes. The participants disclaim any rights on the photo they
have sent and must ensure from the approval of the person(s) in the photo. These photos could
be kept by the organizer, as well as the complete details of the participants (name, surname,
telephone number, email address) in order to promote its activity.
Personal data will be used to take part in this competition, make surveys, display information,
present the actions and offers of Limoges International Airport and will not be used for
external communication without any approval, excepted in order to respond to legal
obligations. A right of access, rectification and opposition for legitimate reasons can be done
by email at cil@limoges.cci.fr
Article 7 – Settlement of disputes and responsibilities
Participating in the contest means to fully accept the terms and conditions of this regulation
and to renounce any recourse. Any entrant making incorrect or fraudulent declarations will be
disqualified. Any fraudulent interpretation of the regulation or any unexpected case will be
decided by Limoges International Airport. No replies will be given orally or by phone
concerning the contest, the interpretation or application of this regulation, or the winners’
names.
Limoges International Airport reserves the right when necessary to modify or cancel the
contest with due respect to Article 10. Thereby, its responsibility cannot be engaged.
Article 8 – Communication of the rules

The regulation can be modified at any moment in the form of an annex by the organizer, with
due respect to the conditions laid out.
Article 9 – Assignment of jurisdiction
The participants are under the regulations of the french games and competitions law.
Claims that cannot be settled amicably will be sent to the competent courts, appointed by the
civil code procedure.
The present regulation is under the terms of the french law.
In case of persistent disagreement about the application or interpretation of these rules, and
failing an amicable settlement, all disputes will be arbitrated by the french tribune competent
in matters of common rights.
