Is it acceptable to switch to a sterile version of the gloves? Is the change in box quantity ok as long as the total quantity is kept consistent (19,100 boxes of BX/100 = 1,910,000 gloves total)? A1: The requested item is for Gloves Non-Sterile only. The quantity for item No. 1 is 2000 Box of 100 PC. The quantity is 19,100 Box of 100 is for item No. 2 namely Syringes Disposable size 29G. Q2- "Required minimum delivery date: July 2014" Annex 3, on page 1 of 3, Point 4 of the minimum period. Does the delivery date mean departure date or arrival date? Can you please provide accurate date? A2: Delivery date means the arrival date to UNRWA Warehouses. Delivery time is requested to be on 30 July 2014. Q4- Eligibility of Foreign bidder – Is a foreign bidder that is not registered in Israel eligible to quote? (We are registered with the UNGM and have previously supplied to UNRWA) A4: Yes, he can, but the important issue is to deliver the items with the acceptable Israeli standards for Disposable Medical Supplies. Q5-Eligibility of products – In page 2 of the bidding document it was mentioned that the offered Disposable Medical Supplies must be in accordance with Israeli Medicine Rules and Regulations. Does this mean that the product offered need to have prior registration with Israel MOH?
