Megan Campbell – Environmental Stewards Administration Assistant Megan recently joined Conservation Legacy in February 2014. In December of 2008, she graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BA in Cultural/Applied Anthropology, and moved to Durango shortly thereafter. For the last 4 years she has been working for Open Sky Wilderness Therapy, dedicating her time to facilitating growth for youth between the ages of 13 and 28. Her most recent summer spent kayaking around glaciers in the Prince William Sound, Alaska led her to have a different perspective on the ever-changing world around us, and a search for a change of pace. After almost 500 days in the field, travels in India, Europe, and Nepal, she finds herself typing quietly within the much welcomed, but somewhat intimidating, four walls of an office. Megan looks forward to embarking on this new endeavor with dedication, confidence, and of course, a sense of humor. During her free time, she can be found at the local chocolate shop, collecting feathers, backcountry skiing, dreaming of building a sea kayak, and vigorously mountain biking the trails of Durango.
