Consulted with the Equity Audit Steering Committee of the Urbana School District to articulate a shared vision for education and to identify strategies for attaining it (1998 - 2000). Presented audit and climate findings to Urbana School District educators and the community (October 6, 1998). Conducted an equity audit and assessed the educational climate of the Urbana School District (19971998). Presented findings on program progress to Freeport School District educators and the community (August 10, 1998). Assessed program progress and established educator baselines for the Freeport School District (1998). Presented findings on teacher attitudes regarding at-risk students for the administrators of the Davenport Community School District (June 13, 1997). Assessed the multicultural and educational climate of the Davenport Community School District (1996-1997). Presented findings on the relationship between teachers' attitudes and student performance for teachers and administrators of the Freeport School District during their opening day activities (August 21, 1996).
