Looking for special needs assistance at the airport? Aéroports de Montréal has a reference guide on their website regarding the adapted services available at the YUL (Dorval International) airport Looking for a car rental? There are multiple car rental companies stationed directly at the YUL airport. For more information, phone numbers and booking, please consult the airport car rental website. Web-map tools [such as Google Maps or Yahoo Maps] will help you plan your drive to McGill University. Using " 805 Sherbrooke Street West, Montreal" as the destination address will lead you directly to our campus gates, located on the corner of McGill College Avenue and Sherbrooke Street West. Looking for information on how to get around the city? 1) Public transit. You can easily get from one location to another using Montreal’s transit system: STM. You can purchase a 3-day fare pass for 18$, which allows unlimited access to the STM bus and metro system. For more 3 fare information, please see STM fare info. Individual tickets can also be purchased with coins directly on the bus. 2) Taxi. If the public transit routes or schedules don't suit your needs, you can always hail a taxi on most major streets. Alternatively, give them a call and they'll pick you up. Major taxi services include: Downtown Atlas Taxi: 514-485-8585 Diamond Co-Op: 514-273-6331 (adapted vehicles available) Royal Taxi: 514-274-3333 Taxi Co-Op: 514-725-9885 (adapted vehicles available) Looking for parking at McGill? Parking is not available on campus. While there are metered parking spaces available along Sherbrooke Street, as well as a limited number available along University Street, you are restricted to paying for two hours of parking at a time. Please be advised that time does not accumulate on these meters - the pay station treats each transaction as if it were dealing with a new customer. If you will be spending a good portion of your day on campus, you may prefer to park in one of the commercial parking lots close by. Daily parking rates are relatively standard from one commercial lot to the next. Alternatively, as our campus is centrally located in downtown Montreal, you may favor leaving your car at your hotel and walking over.
