TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Limit of ONE pregnancy per “dose” of semen purchased. If a second or subsequent pregnancy (at 18days)
is achieved then the Purchaser must pay an additional semen fee.
2. Semen fees are non refundable.
3. Ownership of semen is not transferable.
4. All semen fees and transport costs must be paid in full prior to dispatch of semen.
5. Insurance for transport of semen is extra at 7.5% of the semen value. This must be indicated on the form.
Failure to indicate will result in semen being sent uninsured.
6. Transport and handling charges are $310. (TNT Road Express)
7. Transport container must be returned within 48hrs of semen delivery, a late fee will be charged if the tank
is not returned on time.
8. OEH will provide a Service Certificate once a completed Artificial Insemination Form is received by the
Seller. Semen must be used in accordance with the above Terms and Conditions.
9. An AWHA Service Certificate is available for a cost of $27.50 for select stallions. All other Service
Certificates are free of charge.
