Ursula Jones - Ursula manages course production and development for the Continuing Professional Studies Division. She considers herself to be a productivity geek, and is always looking for ways to do things faster, smarter, and more efficiently. She graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.S. degree in Political Science and is currently working towards a M.S. in Executive Leadership at Champlain College. Josh Blumberg - Josh Blumberg is the Director of Academic Technology in the eLearning department of Champlain College. Josh came to Champlain College 3 years ago having previously worked as a K-12 technology director, teacher, educational software developer and outdoor guide. Josh has a M.Ed from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. He has a B.S. in Computer Science and B.A. in Cognitive Science from the University of Rochester. Jonathan Hood, KnowledgeWave - Jon teaches all levels of Microsoft Office desktop applications and provides a special focus on SaaS applications like Google Apps and Microsoft Office 365. Jon specializes in providing training related to collaboration features of the latest software to assist with end-user adoption and acceptance. Jon’s personal passions also provide him with top-notch skills for teaching and coaching of clients Adobe software such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Prior to joining KnowledgeWave, Jon worked for the American Red Cross where he was a Divisional Instructor, providing fundamentals and continuing education for staff across the New England region.
