It’s about to get crazy in here! Met PATRICK “Pac Man” PEREZ. He will lead a highly
engaging session to get excited and confident about their future. They will learn how to
overcome self-doubt and other obstacles, like peer pressure, that get in the way of
dreams. Students will be empowered with a sense of ownership and enthusiasm over their
goals and their future.

useful financial aid and social services.
Complete FAFSA or TASFA, College advising counselors from Advise TX will be on hand
to help students complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the
Texas Application for Student Financial Aid (TASFA).
Create a Graduation Game Plan, The Mayor’s Office of Education Initiatives will host
this workshop on key steps and resources that help students and families plan and prepare
for life after high school.
Q & A - Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Neighborhood Centers Inc. will
be on hand to provide information and answer questions about Deferred Action for
Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
Internships 101, Genesys Works will provide information to students to help them prepare
for internships, and explain why these work opportunities help you shine above the rest.
Tax Advice
Financial Literacy, Wells Fargo will present financial literacy information for the whole
family.
