Connected Health Summer Marketing Program
Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week
May, 2015
This marketing program is designed to market towards specific populations. Its
content can be adjusted to meet the needs of any target population (nurses, student
athletes, local business owners). The idea behind this program is to get as many
people in each target population to come see what Connected Health is all about.
Once these people have spent time at Connected Health and have used the
facilities, the concept and elegance of our facilities will entice them to stay. Below is

If you don’t have your health, what do you have? ConnectedHealth is proactive,
preventative, and patient-centered primary care. We can surround you with a team of
people focused on your well-being. This team includes a health coach, a pharmacist, and a
primary care physician. As a ConnectedHealth member, you can get greater access to
doctors, longer office visits, even house calls. It’s simple: because your doctor has a fraction
of the patient load that a traditional primary care physician does, he or she can spend more
time with each patient. This fosters a stronger, more personal relationship with your
doctor, which results in smarter care that is centered on you.
A model of patient-centered health care at ConnectedHealth.
