Identify gaps prior to meeting. Identify key leaders to join in the process. Make another survey to be distributed via survey monkey to collect more specific data that would rank needs and what resources/skills members have to address identified issues. May use the help of Epidemiologists to assist in creating new survey. Use and/or engage in Statewide Strategic Planning. Use a results based accountability type system to build plan. (Michele emailed out more information regarding this process). Develop a process where there is Health in all Policies. Engage policy makers to understand the impact of policy on health and base decisions on community health and wellness. Adjourn – Meeting adjourned at approximately 1:45 pm.
