Mitchell Resnick is co-founder of Resnick & Louis, P.C. Mitch is a solution oriented lawyer with over 20 years of litigation
experience. He has developed a renowned name in insurance defense litigation, construction defect litigation, and first party
property damage claims. Additionally, he focuses his practice on commercial litigation regulatory/administrative, employment
law, real estate, landlord / tenant, construction, injury and delay, contracts, product liability, general liability, and environmental
matters. Mitch is also panel counsel for several different insurance companies, self-insured entities, TPAs, and captive

business services and represents clients in contract related transactional matters. Lena is a “hands-on” attorney and prides
