Choir Ministry
The Choir Ministry practices on Wednesdays at
7:45pm and sings every 3rd Sunday. At present, we
are also meeting on Sundays at 5pm (only when
announced) to practice our Christmas Musical. We
invite you to join our choir and sing His praise.

Welcome Ministry Student Intern
Lay Minister Calvin Bradford is in his second year at
Wake Forest University School of Divinity. We
welcome him as our student intern during this
academic year (Sep ’15 thru May ‘16) as he and the
pastor (mentor) participates in their Art of Ministry
Internship Program. Offer him your prayers and
support as he ministers among us. Thank you.
District Fellowship Rally this Afternoon
Today, at 5pm, we will meet at Parkside Community
COGOP (809 Barrington St., Thomasville) for a
district fellowship rally. Please plan to attend and
bring someone with you.
Fall 40 Days Fast Begins this Week
As in the Spring, we are asking you to participate as
you are able (one or more meals daily) in a
voluntary 40 days fast this Fall (Sep 1 – Oct 10).
Let’s seek God’s face for His will and for personal
and corporate revival. Let’s also pray and fast for
our families, church, community, nation, etc.

Food Pantry
Please help replenish the food pantry each month

items: instant oatmeal or grits, soups, cereals, rice,

Tale: Paul concludes his first letter to the
Thessalonians with various exhortations about
honoring church leaders, public interaction with
others, personal spiritual disciplines, and living a
holy lifestyle, while awaiting Christ’s return.

prepare for the Lord’s return.
