Financial management including internal control – Including preparing budget, tracking costs, budget
controlling, preparing financial projections, budget vs actual expenses analysis and preparing financial reports (5

As instrumental developed the National Disaster Management Plan (NDMP) for Disaster Department, Family
Selection Policy, IGA Training Participants Selection Policy, Construction Policy, Construction Financial Policy
and Procurement Policy for HFHB;
Developed Training Manuals on Appropriate Construction Technology (ACT), Basic Financial Education, Basic
Health Education, Green Building CIEB (Compressed Interlocking Earth Block) Technology, WaSH Practice &
Disaster Management for conducting staff, masons, carpenter, beneficiaries, community leaders and community
peoples trainings;
Conducted research on waterborne diseases caused by using surface water, appropriate water harvesting
systems, water purification systems and local construction practices;
