Welcome to the 2015-2016 school year at ECISD Children’s
Center. I am delighted to have your child enrolled with us and look
forward to sharing the school year together with him/her. Our
mission is to create an educational partnership with you and your child
that will foster courage, determination, and passion for knowledge. In
addition to this, we will strive to provide your child with a nurturing
and challenging educational environment that will ensure his/her future
academic success.

Curriculum

The ECISD Children’s Center follows the Circle Training
Curriculum.

All staff have had introductory training through Region 18 in
Circle Training.

Ms. Melissa is the Children’s Center Curriculum Specialist,
and she has been extensively and thoroughly trained in the
curriculum of which she received stipends for her training.
She will work closely with the center staff and oversee the
implementation of the curriculum.
Monthly Menu & Cafeteria Lunch

A monthly menu may be found on page 3 of the Newsletter.
Please feel free to print.

A hot well-balanced lunch is provided by the cafeteria for an
additional fee of $3.50 per day per lunch. Cafeteria lunch fees
MUST be paid in advance. “Charging” of lunch meals will not be
permitted per cafeteria manager. Payment for lunch fees may be
turned in to the Center office or Center Kitchen.

You may choose to bring a packed lunch. Packed lunches are to
be given to the designated staff member in the morning. It is
preferred that fast food items not be served, however, if you are
going to pack your child fast food, we ask that you not send it in
its restaurant package. Please send fast food items in unmarked
packaging in their lunch sack/box.
