Curam Developer/Sr. Software Engineer
RCR Technology Corporation (RCR) is seeking Cúram Developers/Sr. Software Engineers in Indianapolis, IN to
provide development, administration, support and implementation of custom applications software projects
for clients. The job duties and responsibilities for this role are as follows:

Involved in Requirement Analysis, High-Level and Low-Level design of the system, which includes
algorithm design, data design, class design, and data structures to be use in the System.
Involved as a Cúram Developer in the full life cycle of requirements through functional design, coding
and testing.
Developed custom components, rules, batches, evidence, IEG, CERT, Forms, and NOAs using the Cúram
Enterprise Framework Components.
Develop software code using Java.
Involved in code and documentation review.
Document the bug fixes made and codes written.
Provide data fixes and prepare SQL queries to correct case data.
Involved in batch performance improvement.
Prepare Unit, System, and Integration Test Plans and perform executions.
Develop and maintain programs using coding skills.
Involved in support and maintenance activities for existing applications.
Interact with the client, business analysts, and test team to discuss the development activities, defect
fixing and other issues.
May perform additional tasks normal to this occupation, as assigned. This position does not supervise
other personnel.
REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or any
related Engineering degree that provided the required knowledge and abilities, plus three (3) years of
experience in the job offered or in any related position providing the required skills and abilities.
*In lieu of the stated primary requirement, RCR will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or any related Engineering degree that provided the required
knowledge and abilities, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressive experience in any related
position(s) that provided the required skills and abilities.
