This show will be run in accordance with the APSB Society Guidelines. All exhibitors are to read and comply
with the Conditions of Entry.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

For Insurance purposes all exhibitors must provide proof of APSB membership or sign a waiver and
pay the appropriate fee for insurance coverage for the day. Other required forms will be available at
the Secretary’s office.

All exhibits(except those in the open ring) must be registered with their relevant Breed Societies and
owners must be financial members of those Societies.

Competitors must complete entry cards will all details. Membership cards and registration papers
must be available for inspection upon request. NO excuses will be accepted.

Partbreds may not compete in purebred classes.

Ponies age as at 1st August.

Stallions are to be handled, led and ridden by a competent person.

Stallions are not able to compete in ridden classes except where specified.

The judge’s decision is final.

Post entry on the day for all classes.

Ponies will be measured by arrangement with the Secretary’s office.

The committee reserves the right to alter the program at any time.

Broodmare, a mare or filly which has a foal at foot or is visibly in foal. Broodmares are not eligible to
compete in other classes except Groups and Third Generation Australian. Wet mares MUST be
accompanied by their foals.

Foals are eligible to compete in junior class if no foal class and relevant Champion (e.g. colt or filly).

Ridden entries(except those in the open ring) are to be registered with a Breed Society recognised
by this show.

Novice, a pony that has not won first place in an individual class at an agricultural, breed or hack
show.

All riders must wear an approved helmet whenever mounted.

All harness exhibits must wear blinkers.

If competitors fail to comply with directions received from show officials – disqualification may
result.

Electric leads must have been inspected and tagged by a licenced electrical contractor. No electric
fences to be erected on the grounds.

PROTESTS: Protests are to be lodged with the Secretary immediately following the class in question.
A fee of $50 is to be lodged with the protest, which will be refunded if the protest is upheld.
NORTH & NORTH WEST SUB-COMMITTEE MEMBERS ARE ENTITLED TO 2 FREE CLASS ENTRY TICKETS PER
SINGLE MEMBERSHIP AND 3 FREE CLASS ENTRY TICKETS PER FAMILY MEMBERSHIP.
