BOOKING TERMS
Provisional bookings will be kept for 3 weeks with no obligation after which the booking will be treated as cancelled.
All places must be reserved by completing a booking form and an initial deposit of 20% of the total booking cost
Full payment must be received 6 weeks before the course/activity date.
In the event of the booking taking place less than 6 weeks from the date, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
In the event of the booking form not being completed or invoice paid LOAI will have the discretion to treat the booking as cancelled.

CANCELLATION BY CLIENT

All cancellations must be in writing.
LOAI once notified by letter or e-mail of the cancellation will endeavour to re-book the activity day / days.
LOAI are able to re-book the activity day / days prior to the commencement date the client will receive a full refund less 10% to cover administration costs.
Refunds will only be made after the activity day / days.
In the event that the activity day / days not being re-booked prior to the commencement of the day, the client will be charged the following cancellation fees: -

80% of the total fee where cancellation takes place up to 6 weeks prior to the commencement date.
2.5.2
100% of the total fee where cancellation takes place within the final 6 weeks before the commencement date.
2.6 The above charges can be considerable and we strongly advise you to consider insurance against any unforeseen events

LOAI shall notify the client of cancellation not less than five days prior to the commencement date.

In the event of cancellation clients will be offered the choice of the following options: -

Full refund or
3.2.2
Alternative day/days.
INSURANCE 4

LOAI does not accept any liability for personal injury to, or the death of any participant caused, or for the loss or damage therein, unless caused by proven negligence of the company.
LOAI carries full legal liability insurance for such circumstances. However, clients are advised to ensure that they are covered by insurance for personal accident, personal liability or loss or damage to personal property.

SAFETY & BEHAVIOUR
Our Health & Safety procedures are there to protect everyone as well as comply with the law and will be explained to you by a member of staff. You are required to follow safe procedures to ensure that you and others come to no harm.
We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave with out refund in the case of misbehaviour.
HEALTH
You must inform LOAI with the return of your booking form any illness or medical disability including asthma, diabetes, epilepsy and heart conditions and any medical treatment being received that could have an effect on the activities you or your group members are undertaking with LOAI.
7 COMPLAINTS

If a customer of LOAI has cause for dissatisfaction then this should be made known to the Centre Manager by telephoning 01257
484220 or by letter or email.

I understand that:
The fee is not refundable once a place has been confirmed, unless the course is cancelled by LOAI.
Refunds due to cancellation are in accordance with booking conditions.
I shall be liable to pay 100% of the total course fees if less than 6 weeks notice of cancellation is given.

BOOKING FORM CONDITIONS
I have had brought to my attention the Terms & Conditions relating to this booking in particular those concerning cancellation.
I understand that bookings are accepted on the understanding that LOAI safety regulations are observed.
I accept that LOAI is not under any liability whatsoever in respect to loss or damage to personal property, not caused by the negligence or fault of LOAI, its suppliers, its agents and employees during activity days.
