Through our secure server you will be able to view your child’s demographic data, report cards, attendance records and emergency contact information. If you also have middle school or high school students, you will be able to view additional information including class schedules, grades, and progress towards completing graduation requirements. This letter will provide information necessary to log into the District Parent Portal through any internet connection. The following information is required to register for the District Parent Portal: Student Permanent Identification Number Verification Code: a random code provided in this letter Email account Your child’s Permanent ID: Verification Code: 1. Registering for the Parent Portal The first time you use the Parent Portal you will need to register using your child’s ID and Verification Code. You can access the Parent Postal through the Parent Portal link on the parent resource tab on the district website (www.wvusd.k12.ca.us), through the link on our website (castlerock.wvusd.k12.ca.us) or directly at https://parents.wvusd.k12.ca.us/abi. At the Parent Portal, click on Create a New Account and follow the directions. Note: you will be asked to change your password after you log on to the Parent Portal for the first time. 2. Accessing Student Information Once logged in you will be given access to a number of tabbed choices regarding your child’s information. There is also a link to Change Password and Logout located towards the top left of the screen. All information is current and can be printed. 3. Logging Out The District Parent Portal will automatically log you out after 20 minutes of inactivity. As when using any secure internet site, it is important that you log off and close your internet browser when finished with the Parent Portal to prevent anyone using the same computer to view your child’s information If you have difficulty accessing or using the Parent Portal, please contact our school office between 8:00 – 2:00 at (909) 598-5006.
