716th Military Police Battalion FY11 Command Master Religious Program (CMRP)
1. SITUATION. As part of Spiritual Fitness and at the direction of the Battalion Commander, the 716th
MP BN Unit Ministry Team will provide Strong Bonds Training for Single Service Members. Singles Strong
Bonds Training (SSBT) is designed to promote healthy relationships, marriages, and families in the Army.
2. MISSION. The 716th Military Police Battalion Unit Ministry Team conducts SSBT.
3. EXECUTION.
3.A. Commander’s Intent. My intent is to provide a phenomenal opportunity for the Single Service
Members of the 716th Military Police Battalion to learn how to develop healthy relationships that lead to
healthy marriage relationships in a relaxing atmosphere improving essential communication skills and
emotional and spiritual resilience.
3.B. Key task: Key tasks include: coordinating with NCI for contracting with training location; securing
travel arrangements; submit a training roster to BC.
3.C. Concept of the Operation
3.C.1. Three days of Training will take place using the P.I.C.K. Program (Premarital Interpersonal
Choices & Knowledge). The training will consist of 5 sessions.
3.C.2. This operation will be conducted in three (3) phases.
3.C.2.A. PHASE I. Plan SSBT – Unit Ministry Team will contact NCI to contract with a training location,
disseminate information to subordinate units, identify attendees, submit a master roster, and secure all
logistical and personnel support.
3.C.2.B. PHASE II. Execution of SSBT.
3.C.2.C. PHASE III. Submit AAR via Strong Bonds Program Manager account.

3.D. Tasks Subordinate Units.
3.D.1. HHD, 163, 194(rear), 218, 551, and 561(rear).
3.D.1.A. BN Detachments and Companies will make SSBT available and accommodate all Single Service
Members who attend this voluntary training. 30 slots are available – first come, first served.
3.D.1.B. Every participant will submit a BN Strong Bonds Agreement with signature of participant and
supervisor (PL/OIC or PSG/NCOIC).
3.D.1.C. 716th MP BN Chaplain will serve as the instructor.
3.D.1.D. 716th MP UMT will provide A/V equipment (video projector, computer, sound system, and screen)
3.E. Task to Staff
3.E.1. BN S3 publishes OPORD for SSBT event 11-13 AUGUST 2011 and directs subordinate Units to
add SSBT to respective training Calendars.
3.E.2. 16th BDE CH will supervise all mission elements in the three (3) Phases.
3.F. Coordinating Instructions
3.F.1. Order of movement: All Training Attendees will be present at BN Headquarters NLT
110730(CST)AUG11. Movement to training location will be by commercial van. Unit Ministry Team and
Training Attendees will move back to Fort Campbell 131500(EST)AUG11.
3.F.2. Uniform: Appropriate, casual, and tasteful civilian attire.
3.F.3. Training Materials: UMT will provide P.I.C.K. Training materials at the hotel.
3.F.4. Timeline: See Attachments
3.F.5. Training Attendees: Roster Maintained by BN Chaplain.
4. SUSTAINMENT
