PURPOSE:
The purpose of this course is to review and discuss a variety of current orthopaedic problems and to
provide an open forum for the exchange of ideas between the course faculty and visitors.
OVERALL LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:
1. Describe through didactic lecture updates the current evaluation and treatment of various orthopaedic surgery
related topics.
2. Identify through case presentations and discussions the evaluation and treatment of various orthopaedic surgery
related topics.
3. Review updates on new approaches for the evaluation and management of orthopaedic problems, particularly in the
areas of ankle-foot surgery, sports medicine, trauma, and hand surgery.
4. Recognize complications related to various forms of treatment of orthopaedic repair and reconstruction
procedures.

parking areas.
