B. SharePoint Update—Bonnie demonstrated the internal Program Review site of
SharePoint. There are pages for Academic Affairs, Student Services and Administrative
Services, in which each department has a page with “libraries” so program review
documents may be uploaded by the chairs. There is also a program review resources
page. On the department pages, there will be a link to the public website of the
departments as well. Please review the site at teams.rsccd.edu / log in with your email
login/ go to SAC / go to Program Review. Contact Bonnie if you have questions,
concerns or suggestions. We want this to be intuitive and easy to use. (Please see
Appendix A.)
C. Data Review:
1. Student Achievement Outcomes—This item is deferred.
2. Self Efficacy Survey Correlation—This item will be discussed at the February
13, 2014 meeting. Please correlate the grades from the fall 2013 semester to the
survey conducted at the beginning of the semester.
D. Accreditation Update—The Standards co-chairs met on November 8th and
submitted drafts of the Self Evaluation Report. An Accreditation Institutional
Effectiveness survey was distributed via Survey Monkey to the entire college
community. (Today is the last day to complete the survey.) The results will be
distributed and discussed at the next co-chairs meeting on December 6, 2013. The
second draft, with all sub-standards addressed, is due December 4, 2013 and will also
be discussed at the December 4th meeting.
