Guidelines for filling in and contents of the supplier statement
The supplier of electricity-generating plants is responsible for ensuring that the plants
supplied comply with the requirements in technical regulation TR 3.2.1. The supplier
must fill in a supplier statement for each plant type declaring that the requirements in TR
3.2.1 have been complied with, supplemented with documentation to the effect that the
required tests in accordance with the underlying standards have been completed. When
each individual plant type complies with the requirements in TR 3.2.1, the plant type will
be added to Energinet.dk's positive list.
If the plant type is not added to Energinet.dk's positive list, the supplier statement (and
relevant appendices) must be sent to Energinet.dk, Front Office Electricity,
fo@energinet.dk, for review. If the plant complies with the requirements in TR 3.2.1, the
plant type will be added to the positive list (photovoltaic cell installations, wind farms and
other installations).
Procedure:
1. In this supplier statement the supplier must declare that the requirements in the
technical regulation TR 3.2.1 have been complied with.

3. The supplier statement (including appendices) must be sent electronically to Ener-
ginet.dk's Front Office Electricity, fo@energinet.dk, before the electricity-generating
plant is sold or installed in Denmark.

4. A supplier statement does not cover several different plant types. This means that
one statement for photovoltaic cell installations and one for wind turbines must be
prepared.
5. One supplier statement does not cover several technical regulations. This means that
one statement must be prepared for TR 3.2.1 and one statement for TR 3.2.5 (for
wind turbines larger than 11 kW).
