OBJECTIVES OF THE DBA PROGRAM
The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program seeks to produce graduates who can
contribute to the advancement of the Philippine business and industry through research and to
the expansion of knowledge and awareness of contemporary strategic issues and practices.
This program has been specially designed for business and working academic professionals
who want to propel their careers forward.
Graduates of the program will demonstrate:

Extensive knowledge of emerging business and management ideas, and their relevance to
applied business setting in order to contribute to advanced professional practice of
business management;

A thorough knowledge of scientific and scholarly research methods and their application
