Athletics
 Congratulations to the Girls Volleyball team as 2013 County Champs & an undefeated season!
 Great season for Boys Flag Football!
 Accolades to the Cross Country Team at the District Competition placing in the top 10!

Band
 Had a wonderful performance at the ERHS Football game
 Was invited to perform at the Lake Minneola High School football game

AVID Week was successful

Cohorts District training completed

First Lady Ann Scott & Dr. Moxley visit
 First Lady Scott was entertained by the WHMS Jazz Band
 The First Lady visited the AVID classroom
 The First Lady engaged in a question & answer session with Ms. Berrios’ class
New Business

January Meeting to be cancelled due to winter break

Personalized Learning project presented by Principal Cockcroft
 Supported through a grant from the Gates Foundation
 Accessing different levels of education through technology, as well as teacher-student collaboration
 WHMS selected as a pilot site with software installation pending
 Encourage use of Engage Learning found on Lake County School District & WHMS websites
