Hi Ruth – we are organizing AVID brown bag lunches for each Tuesday in
Feb of 2014. These are Feb. 4, 11, 18 and 25, 2014. We are looking to
schedule the lunches from 12-1. Can we reserve room 307 for these?
Please confirm that we are scheduled once you have everything set up. I
have copied Patti Hoffman on this so that she can follow the arrangements

Greetings. I am just following up with both of you on scheduling some
Brown Bag discussions on AVID strategies. I know you are both busy. I did
want to confirm that 12-1:00 on 4 Tuesdays in February would work for
these (Feb 4, 11, 18 & 25). We would schedule them for ML 94B so there
can be telepresence. We are wanting to make sure these are scheduled
early enough so folks in Edina will have the opportunity to participate.
It would also be helpful if you have decided on which strategies would be
