NUSeq Core Facility
Genome-Wide SNP 6.0 Assay
Samples MUST be in R-EDTA TE buffer, at a concentration
of at least 100 ng/ul. A minimum volume of 15ul is needed
for each sample.
** If your concentration and volume do not meet our
requirements please contact us.
** Drop off samples in 1.5ml microcentrifuge tube.
** Samples must be dropped off on ice or shipped in dry ice.
Note: NUSeq will store any leftover DNA at -80°C for up to 30
days. If you would like the remainder of any sample to be
returned, please notify a technician when you submit your
samples. Please collect the samples from the Core within 30
days of receiving your results.
