Applications are now being processed through NursingCAS. NursingCAS is an online, centralized application service for nursing schools. You can use NursingCAS to apply to Palm Beach Atlantic
University and other participating schools. NursingCAS processes your application and transcripts on behalf of the School of Nursing.
Students interested in applying to Palm Beach Atlantic University (PBA) BSN program should apply through NursingCAS.

NursingCAS application are marked “optional” please follow the guidelines below for Palm

-Submit all college transcripts to NursingCAS.
-Meet minimum GPA 3.0
-Meet minimum Science GPA 2.75
-Meet minimum TEAS Individual score 68.7%.
-Submit three letters of recommendation (2 professional/college and 1 personal)
-Complete a personal statement/essay

NursingCAS. In order to expedite the processing be sure to include the Transcript

 Search or scroll to find our school listing and click on box underneath apply and hit
“Submit”.
 If PBA is the only school you apply to through NursingCAS then you will be charged $45. If it is the second school you apply to through NursingCAS then you be will charged $30. Access FAQs on payment here.
 All upper division students start in the Fall, but there are three lower division nursing courses that must be completed in the prior
Spring or Summer. You must choose whether you intend to start in Spring or
Summer. (Both Spring and Summer groups will join together in the Fall.)
There is a rolling admission for both Spring and
Summer, however, your chances of being accepted are higher earlier in the process.
 The initial deadline for the Spring is
October 1st the year before.
 The initial deadline for Summer is
March 1.
ALL required admissions materials must be submitted by the deadline.
Do not wait until the last minute to submit your application. All official transcripts must be submitted to NursingCAS in order for your application to be processed and verified for
PBA to review.
Monitor the Status of Your Application:
The “My Messages” section of the NursingCAS application will include any messages that
NursingCAS or a school has sent to you. Please check your “My Messages” to see if you have received any vital information about your application. Messages will be sent to the “My
Messages” inbox and your personal email address that you created your account with.
Use the “Quick Status Menu” options to check to see your Transcript(s) , Reference(s) , or

Contact and Help Information
Payment(s) have been received after you submit them. To check to see which Designations you have selected (in other words programs you have applied to) by clicking on the Designations option under the Quick Status menu. The GPA
Calculations option under the Quick Status menu will display any GPA calculations
NursingCAS has generated for you based on the coursework data you entered. Your application has been “verified” once your GPA
Calculations are complete. Learn more about
