The Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority is a delegate of the Training and Employment
Recognition Council.
About this form
You should complete this form if you are a Queensland school applying to be registered as a
national VET regulator (NVR) registered training organisation (RTO) with the Queensland
Curriculum and Assessment Authority as delegate for the Australian Skills Quality Authority for
the first time.
There are five sections to this application form:

accredited courses and the units of competency linked to these qualifications/courses the
organisation wishes to deliver as a full qualification/course outcome.

b. ensure my organisation cooperates with ASQA, as the national VET
regulator:
i. in the conduct of audits and the monitoring of its operations
ii. by providing information about significant changes to its operations
iii. by providing information about significant changes to its ownership
iv. in the retention, archiving, retrieval and transfer of records
consistent with ASQA’s requirements
v. by providing a statement demonstrating its financial viability and/or
financial statements and/or business plan on the request of ASQA.
