Dear Parents
Christmas Fair – Wednesday 9th December 2015
Once again, the senior school are arranging a Christmas Fair. This will take place on Wednesday 9th December
2015. There will be many exciting stalls to visit and games to play. We take all junior children over to the fair for
the afternoon. Parents are encouraged to come along; you may pick children up at 1:25pm from the junior
playground, take them around the fair and then home afterwards. If you cannot attend or will be later than
1:25pm, children will be taken to the fair by their teachers. If you collect them during the afternoon from the
senior school, please make sure teachers know. Alternatively, they can be collected at normal time or from after
school club. Nursery to Year 2 children will be supervised around the fair. KS2 will be allowed to walk around in
pairs, meeting their teachers at the end to take them back across to junior school.
We are offering all children the opportunity to visit Santa. The cost of this will be £3 and includes a present from
him. Please indicate on the slip below that you have read and acknowledge these arrangements and whether
your child wishes to visit Santa. Please enclose £3 in an envelope for this.

and responsible behaviour on my child’s part. I understand that there is some level of risk in every activity but
that this visit will be managed to minimise the risks involved.
