BOOK ORDERS - 2016 Dear Coordinator We have taken the decision that books will not be sent out and students will not be placed into Moodle courses until we receive a Pre-Contract Agreement from you. The Pre-Contract Agreement is not the Contract itself (which needs to be returned to us by Thursday 31st March), but is an indication that the Contract will be completed and forwarded to us. We hope that this will avoid issues we had this year where schools ordered books, were invoiced at the auspicing rate, and then notified us a couple of months later that we were in fact not auspicing them. Please use the following pages to indicate the books that you require for 2016. Once this form is returned to us, we will take it as a firm order for the books. If unsure of numbers we suggest that you order approximately 75% of expected student numbers i.e. if you are expecting 20 students in a class, we suggest you order 15 books. These books will be printed and sent to you as close to your required date as possible, however, please understand that we print books on demand and do not have them in stock. We print books in the order that we receive the orders, but are unable to print large volumes all at once, so please order as early as possible to allow us to get the books to you as close to your requested date as possible. Additional books can then be ordered as required and can be printed and sent to you quicker. Please note that the earlier we receive your order, the more likely it is that we can get them to you by your required date. Our office will be closed from the 22nd December 2015 and will re-open on Monday 18th January 2016. Any book orders sent in that timeframe will therefore not be printed when received and will go into the queue from the 18th. Please return this form to us by return e-mail or FAX to 9387 3470. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE BOOKS HAVE BEEN SENT TO YOU, THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED TO US.
