Understanding that the Foundation shall distribute each year a percentage of the value of Fund as determined by the Board of Trustees or as may be required by the IRS regulations to or for the benefit of qualified 501(c)(3) charitable organizations, I request that the Fund be used specifically as follows: To establish two 4-year scholarships to benefit students pursuing an education in music or the arts at Florida Gulf Coast University. To establish one scholarship for students studying music at any institution renewable up to 4 years. To establish one scholarship fund at the University of Kentucky for students with demonstrated financial need, renewable up to 4 years. This Letter of Request and Direction is subject to change.
