Call for Presentations and Exhibitor Registration
We invite you to join us to share your expertise and showcase your products at this year’s event. Taking
advantage of new technology can improve the quality of disability services, support independence,
and advance operations. This conference and showcase will demonstrate how technology is being used
to deliver innovative, person-centered supports to people with disabilities. Attendees will learn about
the latest solutions and get a glimpse of what disability services may look like in the future.
The annual ARRM Technology Showcase draws over 300 people actively involved in community-based
services. We are a diversified group with member providers serving individuals with varied needs in a
variety of ways within their community. People with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury,
physical disabilities, and mental health issues are served by our member organizations.
Call for Presentations
ARRM is seeking submissions for presentations for the 2015 ARRM Technology Showcase. The goal of the
event is to share knowledge, experiences and new developments in the use of technology in supporting
people with disabilities. Selected speakers will receive complimentary registration for both days of the
conference, and will have the option to take advantage of a complimentary exhibit space.
We are especially interested in presentations that:
 Feature new and unique uses of technology in various program and support scenarios,
 Share success stories of how technology has improved the lives of people you support or has made
staff more effective in their jobs,
 Provide insight on how to implement policy / governance related to the use technology in support
services,
 Help other agencies successfully implement technology in their organizations.
Presentations may be focused around people receiving services, organizations that provide services, or
lead agencies that guide the development and delivery of services. There is no specific format for
presentations, but interactive presentations are encouraged. Presentations should be roughly 1.5 hours in
length. If you are unable to present to our group but would like to participate in the conference you may do
so by registering as an attendee, or exhibit in our vendor hall.
