The national gendarmerie, security force under the Ministry of the Interior, is immersed in the process of restructuring alluded, accompanying the policy implemented by the National Government, so that must be issued new rules of procedure in order to carry out this task. That the Law of National Gendarmerie No. 19,349 , and its transformative in its Title IV "their staff," contains provisions on the general situation of the staff of the Institution, establishing that the specific aspects of its articulated should be regulated appropriately. Attentive to the need for restructuring aforementioned, certain aspects must be regulated to allow better management of human resources available in that institution in the field of recruitment, groupings, degrees and deletes. That articles 56 to 60 of the Act No. 19,349 and its transformative include general rules for the recruitment of the members of the Institution, pending the particular conditions that should regulate the specific requirements of incorporation to that Force. In another order, article 32 of the same Law provides that the staff will be grouped by categories and that the names of the same shall be determined through regulations. MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT: comprises the grouping of NCO personnel recruited, trained and qualified for the specific performance of auxiliary functions of accounting management, according to his specialty and level of technical training, and, secondarily, activities of the service that is specifically determined by the internal legislation of the Force, which, by their training and institutional training is enabled to perform. 3.3.1.1.4 .
