SUMMER Supplemental Common Core Professional Development
REGISTRATION FORM
FUDTA/FUSD offer per MOU. . FUSD and FUDTA negotiated a professional development plan to include meaningful and content specific professional
development opportunities for FUDTA unit members on Appendix A-1, excluding nurses. This plan will include the following voluntary 2014 summer
supplemental opportunities:
 Six (6) hours of supplemental professional development training for all certificated employees (full and part-time) on Salary Schedule A-1,
excluding nurses, to be paid at a rate of per diem.
 FUSD substitutes are being offered three (3) hours of paid supplemental Common Core Professional Development.
Space is limited, and will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.
Refer to the District Website for an updated list as other opportunities become available.
