Lettings Consultant – Fulham
What we’re looking for:
We’re on the hunt for a driven and personable lettings legend who can get out there, find new business and get our
properties flying off our books. You should have some property experience and be looking to progress your career! You’ll be
working with a Haus manager and a sales consultant in a close-knit, lively and passionate team.
The job:
Every day we have customers looking to buy, sell, rent, let and invest in property in west London. The market is currently very
buoyant and we are looking for people who can ensure we are at the forefront of this busy marketplace.
The role is varied and requires flexibility, but here is a flavour of the day-to-day duties:









Business development:
o Extensive knowledge of local properties for sale and to let – if not – we’ll teach you all there is to know!
o Making landlords aware of Haus through canvassing and networking
o Offering our services to landlords & vendors
o Developing these leads into viewing/instructions
Talking to potential tenants and landlords and understanding their requirements
Arranging and conducting viewings on properties to let
Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback
Negotiating offers
Progressing lets to a successful move-in
Effective diary management
Meeting with clients face-to- face to discuss their requirements
Contributing to Haus meetings and providing feedback on the market.

Requirements







Full and clean UK driving licence – you’ll be driving the famous Haus Land Rovers!
You have to be modern, forward-thinking and up-to-date with current affairs and trends
Highly proficient in most computer software such as Microsoft Office
Highly organized
Excellent written skills, spelling/punctuation/grammar
Engaging social skills
Dress cool! (no suits please!)
