OFFICIAL RULES
PURPOSE: The California Lottery (Lottery) will conduct a Hot Spot/Bulls-Eye
increased prize promotion to increase sales, reward players, and stimulate interest in
the game. During the promotion period the typical prize amounts for select Bulls-Eye
prize levels will be increased.
TERMS OF PROMOTION: This promotion will occur Monday through Thursday
from 4pm to 7pm starting April 6, 2015 through April 23, 2015. The Lottery reserves
the right to terminate, modify, or extend this promotion at any time.
ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION: Typical prize amounts will be increased
automatically for certain Bulls-Eye prize divisions. Players must add a qualifying
Bulls-Eye wager to their Hot Spot plays to be eligible. Advance Play® purchases will
be eligible for draws that occur during the promotion period only if the initial purchase
occurs after the promotion begins. The odds of winning any Hot Spot prize will not be
affected by this promotion. Winners will be notified and will collect their increased
prizes in the same manner that all prizes are claimed, following Lottery regulations
and procedures.
ADDITIONAL TERMS: All tickets, transactions, and winners are subject to federal
and state law, California Lottery regulations, procedures, directives, and these official
rules. Participants agree to the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and
publicity purposes without compensation. The Hot Spot/Bulls-Eye increased prize
promotion is available at all Hot Spot retailers. Existing retailer responsibilities and
compensation are unaffected by this promotion.

Most combined Hot Spot/Bulls-Eye tickets purchased during this promotion will have a
chance at winning increased typical prize amounts for most of the prize divisions.
Retailers and players don't have to do anything else to enter.

NO. ONLY certain Bulls-Eye prizes will be increased during this promotion. The
website calottery.com will show the higher combined Hot Spot/Bulls-Eye prizes.

Advance Play tickets for draws held during the promotional period of April 6, 2015
through April 23, 2015 are eligible to win certain increased prizes only if the initial
purchase occurs after the promotion begins.
