To Our Potential Sponsors:
Yorkville Youth Tackle Football and Cheerleading (YYTF) is seeking
individual and business sponsors for the 2015 football season. YYTF is a notfor-profit organization that competes in the Midwest Youth “Big 12” Football Conference. We
currently provide an opportunity for over 400 Yorkville student athletes to participate in
competitive football and cheerleading in our flag and tackle programs.
YYTF continuously works to improve its athletic program for its young athletes and the entire
community. It is in this spirit that we are reaching out to you for sponsorship in our
organization. YYTF welcomes sponsorship in the form of monetary or goods in-kind donations.
These funds will be used to keep costs down for our families and improve upon our program.
YYTF’s plans for 2015 capital expenditures include building a press box with much a needed
storage facility at the game field at Yorkville Middle School. This facility will not only benefit
our current and future athletes, it will also be used by generations of Yorkville Middle School
soccer and football athletes. Our donation levels are as follows:
Touchdown Level – For donations of $500 or more, businesses or individuals can:
1) have their logo (or photo) posted in a prominent position on a sidebar of the YYTF website;
2) have their logo (or photo) and link to their business website on our sponsor page;
3) receive an appreciation letter for tax purposes as a tax-free donation;
4) have their business announced as a "touchdown" sponsor during halftime of every YYTF home game;
5) be listed as a "Touchdown" level donor on any signs and literature YYTF produces for the upcoming season; and
6) receive a “Touchdown” level sponsorship plaque.
Field Goal Level – For donations from $250 up to $500, businesses or individuals can:
1) have their logo on the sponsor page of the YYTF website;
2) receive an appreciation letter for tax purposes as a tax-free donation;
3) be listed as a “Field Goal” level donor on any signs and literature YYTF produces for the upcoming season; and
4) receive a “Field Goal” level sponsorship photograph.
Fan Level – For donations from $25 up to $250, businesses or individuals can:
1) receive an online receipt or appreciation letter for tax purposes; and
2) be listed as a “Fan” level donor on any signs and literature YYTF produces for the upcoming season.

PO Box 764, Yorkville IL 60560. Please make your checks out to YYTF and include a contact
