The upper division rate will apply to undergraduate students with a minimum of 59.1 credits, regardless of how
earned.

MBA), the College of Engineering, the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences, the Eberly College of Science, and
the College of Information Sciences and Technology. Also includes the intercollege programs of Acoustics,
