Profile
Fallon is a Senior Manager in the Valuations & Dispute Services group of the Financial
Advisory practice. Through her experience with the Valuations & Dispute Services group,
Fallon has worked on several engagements involving litigation of breach of contract,
incremental costs, professional negligence matters, shareholder disputes, expropriations,
purchases and indemnifications, and NAFTA claims.
Fallon holds a Bachelors of Administrative and Commercial Studies and a Diploma in
Accounting from the University of Western Ontario and has completed Parts I and II of the
CICA In-Depth tax course. Fallon is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and a
Chartered Business Valuator. She also graduated from the Diploma of Investigative and
Forensic Accounting Program at the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management.
Experience
FA – Public Sector:
 Assisted in quantifying damages due to a breach of contract. Assisted in the preparation of
the analyses, report and a critique of the opposing expert’s report.
 Assisted in quantifying damages due to a breach of contract. Assisted in the preparation of
the analyses and report.
 Assisted in providing financial and non-financial due diligence services to a government
ministry. This involved analyzing and summarizing financial performance of several
companies and assisting in interviewing representatives of the companies.
 Assisted in reviewing and analyzing various scenarios and quantifying potentially claimable
damages pursuant to a large infrastructure project.
FA – Life Sciences:
 Assisted in quantifying damages due to a breach of contract regarding a construction
project. Assisted in the review of a large volume of documents, the preparation of analyses
and a report, and assisted counsel in preparation for examinations for discovery.
 Assisted in quantifying the damages due to an intellectual property dispute. Assisted in the
preparation of various analyses.
FA – Consumer Business:
 Assisted in quantifying damages in a purchase dispute. Assisted in the preparation of the
analyses, report and a critique of the opposing expert’s report.
 Assisted in quantifying damages associated with expropriation. Assisted in the preparation
of analyses and a report.
FA – Mining:
 Assisted in the review of a dispute related to incremental costs. Performed an analysis of
expenditure information to aid in determining which costs were incremental and value the
incremental costs to form an offer of settlement.
 Assisted in the review and analysis regarding damages claimed pursuant to claims under a
class action of misrepresentation and oppression.
FA – Natural Resources:
 Assisted in quantifying damages based on a large volume of data. Reviewed the large

volume of data for specific characteristics to improve the relevance of the damage
calculation.
FA – Utility:
 Assisted in a dispute involving incremental costs. Analyzed expenditure information to aid
in identifying incremental costs as understood from an agreement. Prepared a
quantification to assist in efforts for a settlement.
 Assisted in quantifying damages related to a partnership dispute. Assisted in the
preparation of a report and assisted counsel and the client in preparation for mediation.
FA – Financial Services:
 Assisted in the review and audit of a large volume of data in relation to a damage
quantification engagement. Performed audit procedures to test the accuracy of the data
and assisted in the quantification of overall damages.
FA – Environmental Services:
 Assisted in quantifying damages regarding a non-compete agreement. Assisted in the
preparation of analyses and a report.
FA – Construction:
 Assisted in the review of a dispute related to the purchase of a business, specifically
related to revenue accounting. Reviewed cost documents, participated in interviews of
employees to determine what the forecasted revenue should have been at the time of
acquisition.
FA – Professional Negligence/Insurance:
 Assisted in the review of tax information provided for the purposes of damage
quantification. Assisted in the preparation of a discussion document regarding tax issues
and an estimate of damages in preparation for mediation.
 Assisted in the review of an audit. Assisted in the preparation of reports discussing the
auditor’s compliance with GAAS, analysis of GAAP in the situation and assisting counsel in
preparation for trial.
