The All-Academic Class/Division Team is composed of
all senior student-athletes from their schools
class/division who have a grade point average of 3.5000
or above. Only the highest GPA’s from each
class/division composes the Composite Team in a sport.

ACADEMIC ALL-STATE COMPOSITE FOOTBALL
As a recipient of the 2010 Academic All-State Composite Football team, you will be honored
during halftime of the State Championship football game, of your schools class, in December in
the Louisiana Superdome.
You are to report to the LHSAA Will Call Window located at the Gate H ticket window on the
Plaza-level of the Superdome. There you will receive a ticket for admission and a set of
instructions to follow. Any family members or guest accompanying you may purchase tickets
at this window as well.
Please complete and fax the attached form to B.J. Guzzardo, fax number (225) 296-5919, no
later than 4:00 PM, Monday, December 6, 2010.
Only those student-athletes returning the form stating he will attend the ceremony will be
honored and recognized at halftime. Those not returning the form will not be honored at
halftime and their names will not be at the will call.
Proper dress is required – no shorts, t-shirts, caps/hats, flip-flops. Khaki pants and a polo shirt
is recommended.
GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL PHOTOGRAPHS
A representative from Musemeche Photography will be present during the presentation of the
Academic All-State Composite ceremonies. Group and individual color photographs will be
taken.
All picture orders will be made directly with the photographer at the event. You may contact

Class 5A Game – 7:00 PM
Each Academic All-State Composite Team Member should pick up his packet at the LHSAA
Will Call Window (located at the Gate H ticket window – Plaza level) at least 30 minutes prior
to his classes game and follow the instructions in the packet.
Dress: Khaki pants and polo shirts are proper attire for the ceremony. No shorts, No t-shirts,
No hats/caps, No flip-flops will be allowed.

Form must be received by 4:00 PM, Monday, December 6, 2010 in order to be recognized on
the floor of the Superdome during halftime of a championship game.
Failure to submit this form by aforementioned deadline shall result in the student-athlete not
being recognized on the floor of the Superdome. His award will be sent to his high school
principal following the state championships.
